What is the CROWN Act?

In 2019, the CROWN act (Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair) was created by Dove and the CROWN Coalition to end discrimination against natural hairstyles. Discrimination against natural hair can be done by denial of employment and even educational opportunities.
